Fiscalit\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re au Portugal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IMT \u2013 Imp\u00f4t sur les transmissions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019IMT s\u2019applique \u00e0 l\u2019achat d\u2019un bien, avec un bar\u00e8me progressif entre 1 % et 7,5 % selon la valeur et l\u2019usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IMI \u2013 Imp\u00f4t municipal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019IMI est annuel et varie entre 0,3 % et 0,8 % de la valeur cadastrale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Droit de timbre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 0,8 % sur les transactions immobili\u00e8res et 0,6 % sur les cr\u00e9dits hypoth\u00e9caires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Imp\u00f4t sur le revenu (IRS)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me est progressif (14,5 % \u00e0 48 %). Droits de succession et absence d\u2019imp\u00f4t sur la fortune<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas d\u2019imp\u00f4t sur la fortune au Portugal. Les successions entre parents, enfants et conjoints sont exon\u00e9r\u00e9es. Les autres h\u00e9ritiers sont tax\u00e9s \u00e0 10 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
